1) Who we are
Provider: EORI Number EU. Contact: support@eorinumber.eu. These Terms govern access to and use of the Website and our service that assists companies in obtaining an EU EORI number (the “Service”).
2) Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Website, creating an order, or clicking “I agree”, you accept these Terms on behalf of the company you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
3) Scope of Service (What we do)
We assist clients with preparing, validating, and submitting EORI applications to the competent EU customs authority and with forwarding related communications. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, we do not provide customs declarations, tax representation, legal advice, or logistics services.
4) Client Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that:
- You have authority to act for the company and to grant a power of attorney/authorization for the EORI application.
- All information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete.
- You will promptly supply any additional information requested by the authority.
- You will review and approve filings before submission where requested.
5) Fees, Payments, Refunds
- Fees are displayed at checkout excluding/including taxes as indicated. Payments are processed by our payment provider (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card details.
- No‑guarantee of outcome: Issuance of an EORI number depends on the competent authority. Timelines are estimates.
- Refund policy: full refund before submission; partial refund after submission; no refund after authority decision unless our error. Chargebacks for completed services may be contested.
6) Processing Times
Processing depends on the authority and completeness of your documents. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, public holidays, strikes, or force majeure.
7) Compliance, KYC, Sanctions
We may conduct checks and refuse or terminate the Service where required by law (e.g., sanctions, AML/KYC red flags) or where documentation is insufficient.
8) Data Protection
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge those notices.
9) Intellectual Property
All Website content, trademarks, and materials are owned by us or our licensors. You grant us a limited license to use the documents and information you upload solely to deliver the Service.
10) Disclaimer (No Legal Advice)
The Service and Website content are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not provide legal advice; consult a qualified adviser for legal matters.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your submission of inaccurate/unlawful materials.
13) Termination
We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach, unlawful use, non‑payment, or risk concerns. You may terminate at any time subject to the refund policy above.
14) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; the effective date appears at the top. Material changes will be posted on the Website and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
