What we actually do
EORI registration should be simple, but it usually isn't. There are more than two dozen national customs systems, each with its own process, forms and language and choosing the wrong paperwork means delays at the border. We do the whole thing for you: work out how you actually need to register, prepare the application correctly, get documents, file it with the right authority, follow it through, and stay with you until you're cleared to trade. If you already have an EORI and can't find it, we locate that too.

We'll say it plainly, because you'll find out anyway: customs authorities issue EORI numbers free of charge, and you can apply directly. Our fee isn't for the number - it's for doing it right, quickly, and without you having to learn a foreign customs process nor language. People hire us when their time is worth more than the afternoon it takes to get it wrong, when they're not sure which number they need, or when a shipment is waiting and a rejected application isn't an option. And if the direct route is clearly simpler for your situation, we'll say so.

What we know – and what we don’t
We know that a company based outside the EU registers when it carries out a customs formality, that an EU-based company registers in its own country, and that a GB EORI doesn't cover trade inside the EU. Knowing those distinctions is the difference between a clean application and a rejected one.
We're an EORI registration agent – not a customs broker. For imports, a company established outside the EU usually also needs an indirect customs representative. That's a separate role we don't fill, so we'll point you to partners who do. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you find out at the border.
