When you use our service, you pay a service fee — we prepare your application, file it correctly, follow up with the authority, and support you until you can trade. Using our service is optional. You are always free to apply directly yourself.

How EORI numbers are issued
EORI numbers are issued by the relevant customs authority, not by us. We prepare and submit your application accurately and follow up on your behalf, but the decision and the timing rest with the authority. Processing times shown on this site are typical ranges based on our experience and authority guidance — they are indicative, not guaranteed. Where we are unable to obtain or retrieve a number for reasons within our control, our Refund Policy applies.
